Hi there!
My name is Samantha and I am so honored to be a Lifestyle Ambassador for Paul Landry Co. I grew up in a small rural town in Northern New Jersey, called Wantage. About 4 years ago, my husband and I moved to Southern Illinois, before uprooting once more to Kentucky for his job. We currently live right outside of Louisville, KY; but the Northeast will always be my home.
I like to consider myself an old soul - aweing over old homes, planting flowers in every crevice of my yard, and enjoying life simply. While I love the hustle and bustle (and food!) of the city, there is just something so captivating about small town charm. I love exploring small towns with big history, finding “hole in the wall” restaurants, and supporting “Mom & Pop” shops. This love for supporting and shopping local (along with my love for handmade items) inspired me to open my Etsy Shop, S. Lynch Knitwear (@slynchknitwear). It is also what drew me to the story and values of Paul Landry Co!
Aside from the renowned Kentucky Derby, my neck of the woods is known as the birthplace of Bourbon. Because I’ve only lived in this area for about a year, checking off a few distilleries along the Bourbon Trail is definitely on my bucket list this summer. I am still playing "tourist" to our local historic district of Bardstown, KY, but my favorite places to explore are small sea towns, dotted along the New England coast. Soon I’ll be venturing up to Cape Cod, where I will eat my weight in lobster rolls, capture every lighthouse on the Cape, and document my adventures along the way. For the rest of the summer, you can find me in my gardens or cuddling my pup, Wyatt!
I cannot wait for you to follow along on my journey as a Lifestyle Ambassador for Paul Landry Co. Keep an eye out for my upcoming blog about the Cape, and maybe even a PL x SL Knitwear collab! In the meantime, you can find me on Instagram, @samanthalynch37.
Sam's Picks:
Song of the Summer: "Brandy" by Looking Glass
Style Staples: Striped Tee & Boat Shoes
Snack Spot: This one is so hard for me because I have so many favorites everywhere I go! But if I had to pick one, I'd go with Milk and Honey in Salem, Mass. - such a cute cafe to grab a quick bite while exploring my favorite coastal city!
