Looks good but not what I expected

Love the look however I have another crew neck and it’s amazing and soft. The one I received felt that they’ve switched out the crewnecks used as it’s more stiff and runs larger. I returned this

Great quality sweatshirt. Super soft

I haven’t worn it yet. But I really like it . My score was based on the long wait and lack of communication from customer service . I will order again but I really hope if there is another delay or issue , customer service will communicate better .

Beautiful sweatshirt, deep green color and hand sewn letters!

Customer service was personal and so helpful. The gift arrived and it was beautifully wrapped in brown paper with twine and a red wax seal! Wow, so impressed with both the product and the customer service. Thank you !
